Redshift Coffee Roasters is a family-owned specialty coffee company in Orange County, California. What started with coffee roots and hands-on experience in Moscow has grown into a small but expanding network. We roast in-house and focus on quality, consistency, and a simple, honest experience in every cup.
The coffee shop is located on Saddleback Court between Seoul Eatery and Subway. It is a three-minute walk from America’s Tire. We’re open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, and on weekends from 7 AM to 5 PM.
Our second location is currently in development. We are working hard behind the scenes and aiming to open by the end of spring 2026.
